The Odessa Forum and Mayor David Turner honored first responders on Law Enforcement & Fire Protection Appreciation Day. The forum treated the honorees with a lunch and snacks for officers in honor of Law Enforcement & Fire Protection Appreciation Day. Turner also recited the City of Odessa Proclamation to the local first responders.
