ASSAULT
- Damian Hernandez, 25, had a charge of aggravated assault of a date or family or household member with a weapon dismissed Jan. 13 because the state was unable to locate and serve the victim. Judge James Rush presided. Tony Chavez was the defense attorney. The prosecuting attorney was not listed.
