SNYDER The No. 2 Odessa College baseball team dropped the first three games of the weekend series to Western Texas College, but the Wranglers concluded the final game of the second doubleheader with an 11-4 victory in conference play Saturday.
The Westerners (18-16 overall, 9-7 WJCAC) defeated the Wranglers 4-2 in the first game of the second doubleheader. Odessa College goes to 27-7 overall and 12-4 in conference play.
In the opener, Western Texas College’s Jesus Diaz went 2 for 3 with two runs scored and one RBI. Odessa College’s Andrew Morales went 2 for 4 with two RBIs in the second game.
