WOLFFORTH The Odessa High boys soccer team needed a penalty shootout to get it done, but got a win in its District 2-6A opener.
The Bronchos defeated Wolfforth Frenship 6-5 in PK’s after ending regulation tied 1-1.
Christopher Ramos scored the Bronchos (4-4-3 overall, 0-1-0-0 District 2-6A, two points) and Jordan Peralta helped earned the team another point on the road in net for the entire game.
The Bronchos return to action Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. on the road against Amarillo Tascosa.
