Odessa boxer Joey Alday Jr. will step back into the ring against Donnie Marshall on July 20 at the WinnaVegas Casino & Resort in Sloan, Iowa.
The eight-round super welterweight fight will air live Showtime. Every boxer advertised for the card is undefeated or has one loss.
Alday improved to 8-0 in his professional career with a unanimous-decision victory over Nam Phan on June 1. It was the first fight of Alday’s career that didn’t end by knockout.
Marshall, from Raleigh, N.C., also enters the bout with an 8-0 record, with five of his fights ending via knockout. This will be Marshall’s first fight outside of North Carolina.
Both boxers stand at least 6-foot tall. Marshall, 29, is six years older than Alday.
