BIG SPRING The Odessa College women’s basketball team capped it season on a strong note with a 72-42 victory against Howard College in Western Junior College Athletic Conference play Thursday at Dorothy Garrett Coliseum.
Drea Betts came off the bench to lead the Lady Wranglers (8-18 overall, 5-9 conference) with a game-high 24 points, with Marchelle Bowden finishing with 14 and Isamery Agramonte adding 13 to the victory.
Charnay Robinson scored 13 points to lead the Lady Hawks.
Tied 13-13 at the end of the first quarter, Odessa College broke the game open in the second quarter, outscoring the hosts 25-4 for a 38-17 lead at halftime.
