San Antonio The UTPB men’s basketball team was dealt an 84-73 loss to St. Mary’s Monday on the road in a Lone Star Conference game.
The Falcons trailed 40-28 at the half and it was their second consecutive loss.
UTPB fell to 9-5 overall, 1-1 in conference play. St. Mary’s moved to 5-7, 2-1.
The Falcons were led in scoring by Miles Daniels who had 19 points while Kendal Frey had 17 and DaJuan Jones had 12.
St. Mary’s was led by Caleb Jordan who had 19 points while Mamady Djikine had 18.
The Falcons will next face Dallas Baptist Thursday at Falcon Dome.
