HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL: Permian falls to Wolfforth Frenship

WOLFFORTH The Permian volleyball team fell to District 2-6A leaders Wolfforth Frenship in straight sets Tuesday night on the road.

The Lady Panthers (21-10, 1-3) lost by scores of 25-13, 25-21, 25-21.

Permian’s Jade Workman had 12 kills while Bridgit Smithee had five and Mylah Arzaga had four.

The Lady Tigers improved to 28-8, 4-0.

Permian will next play crosstown rivals Odessa High (14-9, 1-3) at 5 p.m. Friday at Permian Fieldhouse.
