The Permian softball team will begin its postseason quest by facing El Paso Americas in the bi-district round of the playoffs beginning this Friday.
The Lady Panthers, who won a share of the District 2-6A title, will travel to El Paso for Game 1 at 3 p.m. Friday before returning to Ratliff for Game 2 and Game 3, if necessary, Saturday.
Game 2 will start at noon Saturday with Game 3 following, if need be.
Americas defeated El Paso Pebble Hills 12-2 Monday in a play-in game.
