HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL: Permian falls to Amarillo High in three sets

AMARILLO The Permian volleyball team fell in three sets to Amarillo High in a nondistrict game Tuesday night on the road.

The Lady Panthers lost by scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-16 and fell to 18-7 for the season.

Permian’s Jade Workman led the team with 18 kills and 33 assists.

The Lady Sandies moved to 25-4 and will face Odessa High Friday night.

Amarillo High’s Sierra Cavalier had 12 kills and 11 digs while Ryan Pennington and Grace Hughes each had eight kills.
