The Odessa High football team suffered a 77-49 loss to Wolfforth Frenship Friday at Peoples Bank Stadium in Wolfforth.
Playing in a District 2-6A contest, the Tigers outscored the Bronchos in the second half, 35-14 as Frenship got the much-needed win to stay alive in the playoff hunt.
Odessa High fell to 5-3 overall, 2-2 in district play while Frenship is now 7-2, 2-2.
The Bronchos will face Midland Legacy at 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at Ratliff Stadium.
