MIDLAND The Odessa High football team was dealt a 59-28 loss to Midland High Friday at Astound Broadband Stadium in District 2-6A action.
The loss moved Odessa High to 5-2 overall, 2-1 in district while the Bulldogs (8-0, 3-0) remain undefeated.
Midland High took a 21-7 lead in the first quarter and led 42-14 at the half.
Odessa High will remain on the road next week, facing Wolfforth Frenship on the road while Midland High will face crosstown rivals Midland Legacy.
