HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: Permian needs to rally on the road

The Permian baseball team needs to rally in order to keep its hopes of a District 2-6A title alive when it travels to face Wolfforth Frenship on the final day of the regular season.

The Tigers were leading, 8-6, heading into the seventh inning Tuesday at McCanlies Field when the game was suspended because of rain and lightning.

The game will be completed before the start of the team’s regularly-schedule game at Frenship.
