HOBBS N.M. The Odessa College volleyball team posted consecutive sweeping victories Friday in the New Mexico Junior College Classic.
The Lady Wranglers defeated Trinidad State College 3-0, winning by scores of 25-20, 25-12, 25-14, before finishing the day with a victory over Seward County Community College by scores of 25-17, 25-18, 25-17.
With the wins, the No. 5-ranked Lady Wranglers improved to 13-1 overall.
Odessa College will be back on the floor Saturday with a 10 a.m. contest against Colby Community College before finishing off with a 2 p.m. game against Otero College.
The Lady Wranglers’ next home game will be against Western Texas College to begin WJCAC play at 6 p.m. Wednesday at OC Sports Center.
