UTPB’s Gabriel Nevarez found the back of the net in the 90th minute to lift the Falcons to a 3-2 victory against Dallas Baptist Saturday at Falcon Field.
Nevarez’s game winner came just 92 seconds after teammate Gustavo Barroso tied that game with his third goal of the season.
Victor Machado scored in the 47th minute for the Falcons (2-1-2).
The Patriots (1-3-4) scored twice from the penalty spot.
Peyton Voelker opened the scoring at the 13:11 mark with his penalty conversion, with teammate Ethan Unger giving the Patriots a 2-1 lead in the 79th minute.
