The UTPB football team will face Bemidji State in the first round of the NCAA Division II playoffs at 1 p.m. Nov. 18 at Astound Broadband Stadium.
The Falcons (10-1) won their first Lone Star Conference title with a 42-14 win over Central Washington this past Saturday in Midland.
Bemidji State (8-2) made the playoffs despite losing to Augustana, 38-19 on Saturday.
Bemidji State’s other loss came in a 27-24 contest to Minnesota State-Mankato on Sept. 30.
