The UTPB men’s basketball team came up short, losing to West Texas A&M 76-69 in Lone Star Conference play Thursday at Falcon Dome.
The Falcons (13-9 overall, 8-8 in Lone Star Conference) were led in scoring by Maison Adeleye’s 20 points while Keyon Craddock had 16 and Lathaniel Bastian finished with 10.
West Texas A&M (21-1, 15-0) was led by Ryland Holt’s 19 points while Larry Wise had 17 and Zach Toussaint had 14.
UTPB will look to recover when the Falcons host Lubbock Christian at 3 p.m. Saturday at Falcon Dome.
