The UTPB volleyball team added to its roster with Reann Cato signing her letter of intent to play for the Falcons which was announced in a press release Thursday from the university.
She is planning on majoring in Biology.
Cato has played the last two years at Auburn Montgomery.
In 2022, she averaged 3.31 digs per set in the Gulf South Conference Tournament, helping the Warhawks reach the semi-finals for the first time in program history. Cato recorded 26 double-digit dig matches and led AUM in digs per set in 2022.
Cato earned four letters at Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College. She helped the Bulldogs win three district championships. Cato participated in the Subway all-star senior match.
