Just in case anyone needed any further proof that the Democrats will stop at nothing in their attempts to destroy the Republican party and Trump, their latest fiasco should provide that proof.
Referring, of course, to the FBI raid on Mar-a Lago, Trump’s estate in Florida, they raided it with armed FBI agents like he was a dangerous criminal, supposedly because he “might” have had classified documents illegally. There was absolutely no justification for an armed raid! A matter like this could have been negotiated between the Justice (ha) Department and Trump’s lawyers.
Also, the FBI did not allow Trump’s lawyers to be present during the search, so the agents could have easily planted evidence, with no witnesses. Also, by not allowing his lawyers to witness the search, I believe (although I’m not sure) that it violated Trump’s 4th Amendment right to be “secure in his person, house, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.”
If his 4th Amendment right was, in fact, violated, then any evidence, papers, etc, seized, would not be allowed in court.
Remember, when Hillary deleted 33,000 emails, after they had been subpoenaed (which IS a felony), and she literally physically destroyed several cell phones, and had her UNAUTHORIZED private server wiped clean (Bleachbitted), and absolutely nothing happened to her.
Remember that? And, the FBI never raided her house!
Also, remember that the FBI stated that they did not want to make public all of that because it ” was too close to an election”.
Isn’t it passing strange that Trump was very publicly raided just a couple of months before an election?
It should be painfully, and blatantly, obvious that the raid was nothing but a political ploy to try to keep Trump from running for President in 2024, because the Democrats are scared sh—less of that!
I believe, and sincerely hope, that this is going to blow up in their faces, and turn out to be the best the gift the Democrats could possibly give the Republicans!
