City of Odessa, the University of Texas Permian Basin and the Ector County Health Department work together to administer Pfizer and Moderna vaccines through a drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination clinic Tuesday at the UTPB soccer complex parking lot. Vaccinations will continue from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays until the demand decrease. First and second shots will be offered. Third shots will only be available with a doctor’s note, regardless of the amount of time that has passed. Information on booster shots is subject to change in accordance with CDC guidelines. No appointment or preregistration is needed.
