The University of Texas El Paso’s Symphonic Winds performed at Permian High School on Wednesday afternoon. The college musicians will continue to host musical performances during the next two days within the Odessa and Midland area.
There is a concert featured for tonight at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. There are also concerts planned for Midland High School and Midland Legacy High School on Thursday.
