Student athletes from UTPB’s men and women basketball teams, congregation members and community members all gathered on Saturday morning to begin unloading pumpkins for the Bridge’s annual pumpkin patch. Assistant Pastor Kelby Davis says the sale of pumpkins from the pumpkin patch benefits the West Texas Food Bank as well as the children’s ministry. The Bridge’s Pumpkin Patch is open seven days a week from Oct. 2 until Oct. 30. The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. The hours on Sunday are from 12 p.m. until 7 p.m.
