The 27th annual Parade of Lights downtown featured more than the parade on Saturday. Children and their parents were able to craft letters to Santa at the Copper Rose Building, 415 N. Grant Avenue. Participants also shopped the holiday market along Texas Avenue. The Parade of Lights market was presented by the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and sponsored by Downtown Odessa, Inc. and the city of Odessa Parks and Recreation department.
