The annual Parade of Lights began on Saturday evening with festive displays of holiday cheer. The event is sponsored by Downtown Odessa Inc. and the city of Odessa’s Parks and Recreation Department. High school marching bands, local dance troops, and other community members participated in the festivities which began at Odessa College and ended downtown.
