The annual Paint the Park event gave participants an opportunity to remember those whom suffered from a cancer diagnosis. The event sponsored by West Texas Gifts of Hope kicked off on Saturday morning, where attendees were given a chance to purchase flags which will be flown for 30 days. Attendees could also participate in other activities such as a balloon release and walk/run in a Color Run at Memorial Gardens Park.
