Odessa’s Parks and Recreation department began their 12th annual Fall Festival on Saturday at McKinney Park. The event was free to the public, and participants were able to enjoy games, zip lining, a rope course, inflatables, a rock climbing wall, a maze, face painting, a BMX show, a bird show and a cookie walk along with other additional activities.
