Paul Gunn, a local veteran whom served in World War II, did not expect the huge turn-out of community members that came to participate in his birthday car parade. The 95-year-old will celebrate his 96th birthday in a few days and he was surprised by the outpouring of affection. Pamela Anderson, a relative of Gunn, said she enlisted local support from Facebook and that the movement caught on from there.
