The Junior League of Odessa will be hosting carriage rides through the Emerald Forest subdivision from Dec. 7 – 10 and Dec. 12-14. Carriage rides begin at 6:30 p.m. and available carriages have seating for four, six and 12 people.
The homes in the Emerald Forest subdivision decorate for the Christmas season. In fact, in 2014, the mayor of Odessa declared Shiloh Road as Christmas Street. Residents of the subdivision estimate nearly 2,000 vehicles per night visit Shiloh Road to view the Christmas lights and displays.
