Centennial Park in Midland hosted a press conference for One Accord for Kids on Thursday morning. The agency unveiled nine portraits of teenagers within the foster care system which will be featured in the Heart Gallery of West Texas.

Rhonda Ireton, is a volunteer photographer that worked with One Accord on the photo gallery of foster care children. She stated that she took photographer classes at a local college in Midland and was happy to take on the project.
