Positively OC Presidential Scholars student group deliver gifts and board games Thursday night at Buena Vida Nursing and Rehabilitation. Positively OC Presidential Scholars student group also delivered gifts to Orchard Park of Permian Basin and Deerings Nursing Home. Odessa College launched the Positively OC Presidential Scholarship this year giving ten students two-year scholarships for tuition and fees. According to Odessa College the OC Presidential Scholars serve as trailblazers for future students as they establish benchmarks for campus and community involvement.
