The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center partnered with Endless Horizons to celebrate former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr by hosting a giveaway on his 82nd birthday Thursday at Endless Horizons. Winners of the giveaway could receive a pair of tickets to see the Beatles tribute band, the Fab Four, at the Wagner Noël on October 14 or a copy of the Beatles album “Rubber Soul.”
