Photos from the Ector County Public Library’s Summer Reading Program Kickoff Thursday afternoon at Noël Heritage Plaza. The event featured booths from various partner organizations, free snow cones, face painting and bouncy houses. Children enrolled in the free program have the opportunity to win prizes for reading and participating in scavenger hunts throughout the summer.
