Travis Elementary School teacher Sarah Hawkins and ECISD Elementary School Teacher of the Year was awarded the Region 18 Elementary Teacher of the Year award Wednesday morning at the Region 18 Education Service Center in Midland. Region 18 is one of twenty education service centers that includes schools across 19 counties, 33 school districts, and 7 charter schools in Texas.
