The Promised Land Dachshund Sanctuary held a grand opening event for their new Trooper’s Dream facility Saturday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Gardendale. The new 2,000 square foot facility that features four outdoor yards, heated and air-conditioned rooms, and isolation and medical wards is located at 5010 E. Marigold in Gardendale, Texas and is home to over 50 senior and special needs dogs.
