Photos from Black Tulip Design’s Community Mural Painting Day Friday morning at their location at 4651 N Grandview Avenue in Odessa. Black Tulip Design invited members of the community to help complete their new mural which has been being painted for the past month by muralist and graphic designer Jhonattan “Anon” Arango.
