O’Rourke’s ‘Keeping the Lights On’ road trip is a 12 day statewide tour of Texas where the gubernatorial candidate will speak on the issues surrounding the 2021 winter storm blackout as it nears its one-year anniversary on February 15. Odessa was O’Rourke’s second stop of the tour and the road trip will continue on to Abilene and Wichita Falls on Saturday, February 5 and then on to the Dallas-Fort Worth area on Sunday, February 6.
