The Odessa Chamber of Commerce will be honoring Collin M. Sewell as this year’s Citizen of the Year honoree with an award ceremony that will take place at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 26 at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
With decades of service to the Odessa community through business and volunteerism, Sewell was chosen by a panel of Odessa chamber leaders to receive the distinguished award.
