A 32-year-old woman was arrested Friday, Sept. 8 after her boyfriend accused her of stabbing him in the back.
According to an Odessa Police Department report, officers received reports late in the evening of Sept. 7 about Cristian Aguirre throwing horseshoes at her 38-year-old boyfriend’s car in the 300 block of Bruck Avenue.
During their investigation, the man told the officers that five days earlier Aguirre had also stabbed him in the back near his left shoulder and officers noticed he had a deep cut, the report stated.
Aguirre was booked into the Ector County jail on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She remained in custody Wednesday on a $40,000 surety bond.
