UTPB Halloween conference goes global

UTPB’s Fourth Annual Halloween Conference is embracing a worldwide flavor with presenters from Mumbai, India; Sri Lanka, Turkey, Amsterdam, other locations in India, and the U.S.

This year’s theme is: “Terrorized by Twins: Doppelgängers and the Specter of Doubles,” with papers by scholars and students from around the globe exploring the topic. Today’s conference, will be broadcast live beginning 10 a.m.-4 p.m.from UTPB’s Heimmermann Center for Engaged Teaching and Learning located in the University’s Mesa Building, Room 2104. This event will include global presenters virtually, and a live venue with boxed lunches provided at noon. The event is free of charge and open to the public.
