The City of Odessa’s new utility billing system has been completed.
Utility customers can call customer service at 432-335-3204 to get their new account number for the new system. Make sure to have your old account number when calling.
Customers can also email billing and collections by emailing [email protected]. Include your old account number.
Customers can also stop by City Hall in person to pay their bills.
Billing and Collection is not assessing late fees or disconnecting this week to allow everyone the opportunity to connect with the billing and collection department.
