The Texas Department of Transportation issued a traffic alert on Monday morning.
>> MIDLAND COUNTY: Monday and Tuesday (Nov. 15) the construction team will be adjusting concrete barrier on the eastbound I-20 service road from FM 1788 to 1.7 miles east of FM 1788. Eastbound service road traffic will shift from right side of the barrier to new pavement on the left side of the barrier. Watch for flaggers and detour signs in this construction work zone.
