The Texas Department of Transportation issued a traffic alert Tuesday for I-20 in Midland County.
The I-20 construction team continues to reconnect the local road network this week. Sunglo Road will be restricted daily to one lane at the Cotton Flat connection as curb and gutter is installed. Westbound traffic will still access Sunglo at Cotton Flat.
Eastbound traffic at the Midkiff – Sunglo intersection will be detoured to the eastbound frontage road. This detour will be in place daily Wednesday through Friday and Monday, April 29, through Wednesday, May 1.
Expect delays or use an alternate route if possible.
