The Texas Department of Transportation issued a traffic alert Thursday stating that SH 191 at SL 250 is down to one lane due to curb, gutter and pavement repairs. The traveling public can still turn right toward Odessa from the open lane.
Work will continue through the end of next week. Watch for slow moving traffic. #EndtheStreak
