Remembering a fallen hero

The Odessa Police Department will have a wreath laying ceremony in honor of Officer Scott Smith at 7:30 a.m. Feb. 6 at the OPD Front Lawn memorial statue, 205 N. Grant Ave.

The event is open to the public.
