Odessans enjoy the festivities Thursday during Starbright Village’s opening night presented by First Basin Credit Union at McKinney Park in Odessa. Starbright Village is a free drive-through or walk through light display at McKinney Park featuring millions of lights in a family-friendly display. The park is open now to visitors through January 1, 2024.
