Experts at this week’s Produced Water Summit discussed what to do with the 15-18 billion barrels per day of water that’s produced in the fracking of oil and natural gas wells in the Permian Basin. The aim of Produced Water Society seminars, conferences, and training events is to enhance the knowledge base and best practices in order to improve the overall management and understanding of water issues in the oil and gas industry.
