A 25-year-old Odessa man was struck and killed while walking on Business Interstate 20 early morning hours Thursday.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Noe Ray Sanchez was walking west in the inside lane when he was hit by a Dodge Ram being driven by a 41-year-old Odessa man around 12:15 a.m. near South Country Road 1305.
Sanchez was pronounced dead at the scene.
