A 56-year-old Odessa man died in a one-vehicle rollover at State Highway 137 and FM 846 in Martin County Monday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, preliminary information indicates Jose Santos Guerra was driving a tractor-trailer at an unsafe speed and rolled as he tried to turn from northbound SH 137 onto eastbound FM 846 around 11 a.m..
Guerra, who was wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
