Odessa Chambers host free community voter registration and education meetings

The Odessa Chamber of Commerce, Black Chamber of Commerce of the Permian Basin, and Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce are hosting a free community voter registration and education event to discuss how you can make your voice heard during the upcoming election season.

Hear from local leaders on proposed Texas Constitutional Amendments, local School Bond information and more. Attendees also will have the opportunity to register to vote at this time. The last day to register to vote in Texas is Tuesday, Oct. 10 and early voting starts on Monday, Oct. 23. Each meeting will be hosted at a different Boys & Girls Club facility around Odessa to ensure everyone in the community has the opportunity to participate.

Meetings are set for:

Monday, Oct. 2 | 5-7 p.m.

  • Headlee – West Odessa Boys & Girls Club
  • 1476 N. Knox Ave.

Tuesday, Oct. 3 | 5-7 p.m.

  • Woodson Boys & Girls Club
  • 1037 E. Murphy St.

Thursday, Oct. 5 | 5-7 p.m.

  • Wilkerson Boys & Girls Club
  • 800 E. 13th St.
