Numerous camps coming up at Petroleum Museum

MIDLAND Students will get a chance to channel their inner meteorologist and experience the power of nature with a fun, free night from 6:30-8 p.m. March 30 at the Petroleum Museum.

The evening’s events will include the opportunity to jump into the science behind the forces of the world as students learn firsthand from meteorologists of the National Weather Service and witness the wonder of tornadoes, experiment with the power of air pressure and much more.

That will be just one of the many things that will be going on at the Petroleum Museum.

Summer Science Camp registration will be opening up to members on March 20 and nonmembers on March 22.

Throughout the month of March, numerous different camps will be going on including a STEAM Break: Lego Comics Spring Break Camp from March 13-17.

STEAM Sprouts will take place on March 20 and 27 and Building Bots (grades 3-6) will take place on March 21.
